  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Field of study and year
  • Written responses submitted in your application

If you are selected to proceed in the recruitment process, we may additionally collect:

  • Student ID
  • Campus you study at
  • Semester Address
  • Permanent Home Address
  • Emergency Contact Name, Phone Number, and Address

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for the purpose of your affiliation to Align Racing UiA. This includes reviewing your application, scheduling interviews, and communicating with you regarding your application status.

If you are accepted as a member of Align Racing UiA, your data may be used for internal administrative purposes, including but not limited to communication, scheduling, account management, and other activities related to your membership.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Data Sharing

Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of Align Racing UiA. Data may be accessed internally by members of Align Racing UiA involved in the recruitment process.

6. Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained for up to a year, and thereafter is deleted permanently, unless you are accepted as a member of Align Racing UiA.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at recruiting@alignracing.no.

8. Cookies

This application uses cookies solely for authentication and session management. Cookies are only stored for members of Align Racing UiA who are authorized to access and manage applications. No cookies are stored for applicants, and no tracking or advertising cookies are used.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of this application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
